How the Loyalty Benefits System Works

5% cashback on all purchases.
Annual birthday voucher to the value of R200 (if you have 4 or more visits in a year). Birthday vouchers expire after 30 days.

Earning Cashback
Any time you buy anything from Moderna Cafe, simply generate a One Time Pin (OTP) from the app and share it with your waiter when they bring your bill.
They will capture the OTP on the system, and you will earn 5% cashback on your total spend.
Points will reflect in your account 2–3 days after they have been processed.
How points work:
1 point = 1 cent
If you spend R100, you earn 5% cashback
5% of R100 = R5
R5 = 500 points
Redeeming Your Points
As you accumulate points, you can use them to pay for a bill - either in full or partially.
To redeem:
Generate an OTP from the app.
Share it with your waiter.
Let them know you would like to pay using your points and specify how many points you would like to use.
Please note: Tips cannot be paid through the app, so please remember to tip your waiter separately.
Member-Only Promotions
From time to time, additional promotions will be available exclusively to members - such as earning double points on selected menu items or receiving a complimentary glass of wine.
